How to Play Let It Ride

Let It Ride has quickly become one of the more well-known and interesting casino games that players can play these days. There’s a big reason for this, and that is because you have a great chance to be able to hit a big pay day without actually having to risk much in order to hit it. The idea behind the game is a very interesting one, but it’s one that takes a few times playing before you can fully pick it up. Today though we are going to do our best to help everyone understand the concept behind how to play the game of Let It Ride, and also make it so that you can be profitable when playing this popular casino game, whether it is online, or in a live casino.

This game first came into casinos back in 2025, and it was actually created by the company who creates the automatic shuffling machines that you’ll often see in casinos as well. Probably the best part of the game (aside from the big time payouts), is the fact that players actually don’t have to beat other players, nor do they have to beat the dealer either. The entire idea behind the game of Let it Ride is to try to hit those big pay days and only play when you have “winning hands”. Let’s get into how to play Let It Ride here.

How To

You’ll find that when you first sit down at a Let It Ride table that there are going to be three circles in front of you. Before the hand begins you are going to be three bets that are the same size in, with one going in each circle. The cards will then be dealt out and each player will receive a three card hand, similar to three-card poker. The dealer will then discard one of the three cards in front of them, leaving them with two cards face down. Players will then look at their three cards, and you can either take back your first bet that is in the first circle, or Let It Ride.

If you decide that you do NOT want to bet, then you can take back that first bet by scraping the table with the cards, and then you will get the bet handed back to you. After all players at the table have decided what they want to do, then the dealer will turn over one of their two cards, which act as community cards. This card is now a part of the players’ hand, and you once again will have the option to either take back the second bet that you placed, or let it ride from here. We will explain below about when you would want to let it ride, or when you would want to simply take your bet back. It’s important to note that even if you let it ride on the first bet, you can still take back your second bet if you choose to, but you can NOT do anything with the first bet.

Once this is done, the final community card will be turned face up and players now make their five card hand. Dealers will pay out the winners from here. Now let’s get into when you should be letting it ride or taking your bet back.

When to Let Bet Number One Ride

It’s important to note that when playing the game of Let It Ride, having a “winning hand” is considered to be anything above a pair of tens or better. What this means is that if you have a pair of tens or better in the first three cards that you receive, then you are going to want to let it ride on bet one right off the bat. Of course you will also want to let it ride if you have anything better than that like a royal flush or straight flush with your three cards. Just have a straight or a flush is NOT good enough to let it ride on bet one though, because you need to remember that you are making a five card hand.

Letting It Ride on Bet Number Two

After the first community card is shown is when you will have the option to let it ride on bet number two. You should be letting it ride with the same hands as above including a pair of tens or better, a four card royal or straight flush, and you should now also be adding in four high cards, a four card flush, or a four card open ended straight as well. All of these options will give you multiple outs to hit your card in order to get paid out, and you can also get a pretty good payout in terms of odds if you hit your hand such as the straight or the flush, making it worth your while.

The Side Bet

It’s important to make sure that you aren’t forgetting about the side bet when playing Let It Ride. You have the option to place the side bet out for only $1, and it offers some great payouts if you are able to hit it. It only relates to certain hands, and each payout structure is going to vary by the casino or online casino that you are playing at. Many people have varying opinions on this side bet, as it is definitely something that ends up being profitable to the house, but often times players will decide to play it because of the potential of the big hit, or possibly even if they are just running good during the game.

You’ll find that the game of Let It Ride is one that takes patience, but one that also can have big payouts if you get hot at the right time. It’s a great game to play both online and in live casinos, but you definitely need to be more patient if playing in live casinos as it is a good bit slower!
